Warranty

Please read this section carefully.

All sales are final. If you receive a defective product or the wrong order, please contact us right away. Claims must be done by the first 2 weeks or reception. Please take the time to inspect your package when you receive it.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our vinyls, EXCEPT for carbon and specials, as most of these have a shorter lifespan and are more delicate. They still come with a warranty, but it is more limited. Contact us for more details.

Our warranty covers any premature visual or adhesive defects that are clearly apparent. If you receive a roll with a print error, discoloration, or any other issue, we will replace it free of charge. While these issues are beyond our control, we take full responsibility.

We are not responsible for any labor costs under any circumstances. If you discover a material defect, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately and stop using the product.

We do not cover wear and tear over time, including rock chips, swirls, lifting, or bubbling. It is the owner's responsibility to properly care for their vinyl. If any lifting or bubbling occurs, it is the installer’s responsibility to review their installation techniques and assess the results.

We are not responsible for any paint or body damage caused by our vinyl. A bad paint may lift after vinyl installation, as it is not as durable as OEM paint. It is the installer’s responsibility to assess the vehicle’s paint condition before installing.

We are not responsible for any premature discoloration caused by improper maintenance. Please refer to our 'Installation Tips' page for more information and conduct your own research.

We are not responsible for any shipping damage caused by shipping carriers. This means open box, scratch or damaged box. We send our package in perfect condition only. We work with FedEx and UPS. If your package is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
