SIZE GUIDE:
Our standard size is 5 feet by 56 feet. This is the optimal size for most vehicles, coupes, sedans and simple SUV's. We recommend adding an extra 10 feet for SUV's, large sedans and other large vehicles.

If you are a beginner or intermediate we recommend adding an extra 10 feet even on standard coupes and sedans to cover any mistake made during the installation.

Adding an extra 10 feet also guarantees you leftover material from the same batch. This is especially useful for repairs after delivery or if your client decides to replace or modify any body panels.

Storing (in box): 2 years if kept in controled environment of 60-72°F (15-22°C) inside the original box.

Storing (shelf life): 2 years if kept in controled environment of 65-72°F (18-22°C) room temperature outside of original box.

Lifespan: Up to 5 years.

Application type: Dry install only

Adhesive: High-grade low to medium tack acrylic adhesive.

Release liner (ultra): PET Plastic liner, more durable and can withstand moisture and temperature changes.

Release liner (base): Strong silicone-coated Paper liner.

Removable plastic top sheet: For most vinyls there is one. Only for protection during transportation.

Application temperature: 17-22°C Room temperature

Post-Heating temperature: ~85-100°C (~185-210°F)

Thickness of vinyl: ~120-140 microns

Thickness of liner: 140 microns

Recommended tools: Squeegee with soft buffer, precision knife with extra blades, heat gun, magnets, soft glove, precision tools & infrared thermometer.

Directional installation: Required for all vinyls, except non-metallic gloss only vinyls (UVG and UBG series).

Removability: Easy with minimal glue residue. Remove in warm temperature and additional heat.

Please take note that the 'OEM Paint Replica' selections are close to perfect replicas, but not a 100% match. Do not use these vinyls in goal to match your own OEM paint.

Please take note that each roll has a batch production number listed inside the plastic or cardboard roll. This means there can be multiple batch of the same color and each batch may have slight color variations. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of the batch number for future orders if additional material from the same batch is needed.
